My WordPress website packages are best if you are certain that you need a website for your small business and are ready to start with all required content and details. These offers are a great value with a short timeline.

I will request that you provide all content and branding assets prior to me starting work and we must complete the site within 10-15 business days.

What to expect:

• 30 minute kickoff meeting once content and deposit is received. 
• Design based on your brand specifications, wireframes, or mockups.
• Three rounds of revisions or content edits included
• Does NOT include e-commerce or membership plugins.
• Will install analytics and/or conversion code (pixel), if provided.
• Contact form configuration.
• Site will be mobile friendly, responsive.
• Once the site is complete, and final payment is received – site will be migrated.
• Final 30-minute handoff meeting.

 

Please note that these offers do not include complex features such as custom fields and post types.

What I need from you to get started:

• Current website URL
• Access to website and hosting server
• All of the required content and images you want to use
• Your brand assets – logo, colors, fonts
• Wireframes or sketches of what you would like the design/layout to look like
• Any analytics or conversion codes you want installed
• Desired plugins and setup information, including license information.
• Payment due prior to start of project

What if we need more revisions?

We can discuss additional revisions that may fall outside the scope of this package. If you feel that you will need more than is included in the description above, please make sure that you bring it up prior to the included rounds of revisions.

 

What is a “screen”?

A screen is essentially the same thing as a page but I use the term “screen” because I define it as the visible portion of the viewport as you are scrolling, that serves a singular purpose. Since more and more websites are using single-page designs, I want to be clear that a 6 screen site does not mean 6 pages that each have 2,3,4,5 or more advanced screen designs. Please reach out if you have questions, or a design layout in mind.

 

Is web hosting and ongoing maintenance included?

No, you must provide your own web hosting. I am happy to suggest Dreamhost, Bluehost, or WP Engine. Maintenance packages are available to keep your site up to date, but not included.

 

Will you create content for us?

I will only accept projects that have all content complete and available.

 

Will you set up analytics, or our email newsletters for us?

This package does not include setting up analytics or any other software, but I will install the tracking and form codes if you provide them. If you need help with software setup and configuration, it is a different offer.

 

How do we get started, and what happens after we purchase this package?

After you purchase and submit your deposit, I will send you a brief questionnaire and a list of additional info needed to get started. The process will go smoother if you have all of the content and images ready, as well as a rough layout in mind. That way I can get started as soon as you purchase.

 

How long does it take for delivery?

On average, I can build a website like this within 10-15 business days from when I receive all of your content and information.

 

Is this a completely custom design?

This is a custom design in that I will take your branding, images, and content and create a unique site from it. For almost all of the wordpress websites I build, I use Elementor or Beaver Builder frameworks which are an effective and efficient method of building a site. This package does not include custom visual design mockups, or a custom theme from scratch.

 

Can you use existing content on my site if I want a redesign?

I can use your existing content as long as there are no changes. However, I will not pick and choose what content to include. You will need to let me know exactly what content you want to include and where.
